This luxurious seaside apartment overlooks the sea and is located in a small private complex with a large swimming pool and grassed areas adjoining the apartment. The ground floor comprises of 1 double bedroom with terrace, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom. The upper floor is of open plan design with ample space to relax, dine and cook. An additional 2 persons can be accommodated on the sofa bed. The living area opens onto a generous terrace balcony for al fresco dining. The pool and sun terrace is just a few metres from the apartment. Facilities include full cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, large LCD TV, satellite and video player. Reserved car parking space adjacent to the apartment building. The apartment will be cleaned and have linen/ towels changed once a week. Smoking is permitted outside on the balconies.

Analipsi is a cobbled street village with all the facilities to make your stay memorable. Restaurants, shops, mini-markets, bars, bakeries and lots more just a short walk way. The golden sandy beach with clear blue sea is just a few 100 meters away, making this an ideal resort for families and sun seekers. The village is on the Heraklion to Agios Nikolaos bus route. The nearby town of Hersonnisos offers great shopping, bars, restaurants, night clubs and large supermarkets. The capital of Crete Heraklion is 15 minutes drive away. Ancient Minoan sites, gorges, mountains, unspoilt rugged coast with small coves and beaches makes this a great base to relax in and tour from anytime of year. The excellent Crete Golf club is just a short drive away
