The apartment is located on the first floor, elevator serviced, with easy access to the pool terrace. It is finished to a very high standard and is in immaculate order. Lounge/ dining area, with TV (British Channels), opening onto a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen: with hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, grill and toaster. 1 master bedroom with en-suite, and 1 twin room. Both bedrooms open out onto a second balcony. Second bathroom also with shower. Communal pool with sun loungers. Access controlled underground parking and lift to your apartment.

From your luxury apartment you can explore historic Lagos with its narrow, winding, cobbled streets, churches and small squares. The apartment is situated in the Rua Infante de Sagres and within 5 minutes walk you will find excellent restaurants, bars and boutiques. The promenade, the Avenida dos Descobrimentos, leads you to the Fishing Harbour and Marina, also with its shops and cafes. Beyond that stretches the long sandy Meia Praia beach, ideal for sunbathing and swimming. To the west of the town there are a number of small cove beaches. Within easy reach of Lagos are a number of excellent golf courses, a zoo and water park. The town has bus and train links with the rest of the Algarve coast. You are also an easy drive away from the impressive Cape St. Vincent, the most south-westerly point of Europe.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For the period from October to February, gas and electricity expenses are paid separately.
    Payment accepted in Euros . 25% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. €150 security deposit on arrival. Security deposit returned on day of departure after a check on the property.
    Cancellation refunds:

    Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge.

    4-8 weeks – 50 % of rate refunded.

    2-4 weeks – 25 % of rate refunded.

    Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
    * Rental costs include bed linen and towels. A 25% deposit to be paid on booking. Final balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A separate €150 security deposit is to be paid on arrival. This will be returned on the day of departure. Please note that the deposit will only be used to cover wilful damages or extra cleaning costs if incurred, small breakages are expected and not deducted from security deposit.
  • Long Term Rentals or short breaks possible. Please contact to discuss requirements.
    Flexible Changeover dates. Apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the morning of departure. We are flexible on times if discussed prior to arrival or departure and other bookings allow. When you arrive you will be met by The property manager who will be able to show you round the apartment, answer your questions about the apartment and the area. He will also be available during your stay for any problems.

Golf: The nearest golf course is Boavista, 1 mile west of Lagos. In the other direction, 1 mile east of Lagos, Palmares golf course is part links and is highly regarded. About 15 minutes drive towards Portimao is the famous Penina course with its 18 hole championship course and 9 hole resort course. 10 miles to the west of Lagos is the more recently designed Parque de Floresta course.
