Luxury private villa with exotic garden for quality holiday makers!!! The beautiful villa stands in a fully landscaped garden of approx. 800sq metres with palms and fruit trees. Has a private pool 4x8 metres surrounded by flowers, plants, waterfall and a BBQ area.. It offers an accommodation of 4 bedrooms on 2 floors with absolutely separate entrances. (More 2 put me up beds for extra 2 person). Each floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room kitchen with dining room and big terraces. Separated washing room and storage area. The house is fully equiped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Each living room is spacious with a three and two setter sofa has DVD, CD player, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

  • The costs indicated are for the rental of the villa for up to 10 persons, including the use of bed linen, towels (for internal use), water and electricity, air-condition.
    There is a security/damage deposit of 250 Eur, refundable after vacating the villa, subject to there being no damages or breakage.
    We require a 20% deposit on confirmation of the booking. The balance of the rental and weekly cleaning 85 Eur to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
