This ground floor apartment comes with terrace & spacious private garden, communal swimming pool just meters from the apartments main door, shared with only 10 apartments. This popular Aristo development also has a poolside shower, both ladies & gents changing area with toilets & private parking. The apartment comes with brand new furniture & 2 shower rooms. The spacious master bedroom has en-suite, queen size bed & patio doors leading into garden. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets & mirrors. There is also a hairdryer in the apartment. The kitchen comes complete with oven & hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine & microwave. Open plan living/dining area with table & chairs for 4 people, lounge with both 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, satellite tv & dvd player. There are also patio doors leading from the living area onto private garden.

There you'll find a popular market as well as shops, bars & restaurants. Just a few minutes from the apartment are 2 supermarkets & a friendly bar. Eating out in Paphos has something to suit everyone's taste. From traditional Cypriot tavernas to great fish & steak restaurants as well as Italian & Chinese restaurants. The night life in Cyprus also caters for everyone's taste & can be as peaceful or as lively as you choose. Additional information about rental rates

  • For all bookings of 2 weeks or more a change of linen and towels can be provided after 1 week at a reasonable cost.
    Guests are required to leave the apartment by 11am if more guests are expected to arrive the same day. If no other guests are expected to arrive the same day you are welcome to stay in the apartment until you are ready to leave for the airport.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 must be paid with the balance and will be refunded within 2 weeks of completion of your holiday, less any cost of damages, breakages or loss of goods.
    Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
  • Additional Services Available:-
    Taxis plentiful at the airport. Journey time to flat is approximately 15 minutes and cost is around 30 Euros.
    Someone will be at the apartment to meet you at the beginning and end of your stay for the hand over of keys. Outside the hours of 9am and 10pm there is a charge of 10 Euros.
    Arrival Packs from 12 Euros.
    Additional Laundry - from 9 Euros for each washing machine load of sheets (all ironed) and towels washed and dried.
    Refresh service of apartment at a reasonable cost.

On first searching this site i was confronted by a thousand properties to choose from.... not an easy task. However i went for broke and picked this property most notably for its location. On arrival i discovered a luxury flat with large secluded garden area to lie and worship the sun all day long. Having spent the first few days by the pool, i decided to go wandering and explore the local area. The beach is only a mere 15 minutes stroll away and the town centre about the same. What a great find. I highly recommend this property for either couples or families you will find the property to be of high spec.... It has a bloody flat screen tv!!!!! a perfect garden/sunbathing area as well as a great pool to cool down on those hot Cyprus afternoons.
