Holiday apartment next to Thana City Golf and Country Club. This superb apartment, privately owned, is for rent short or long term by the owner. The 170 m2 apartment on 10th floor has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large living area and large balcony with very nice view over the beautiful Thana City Golf Club. The dining area with space for 8 persons are close to the fully equipped kitchen. To make your holiday pleasant we have a live in maid included, she will help you with breakfast, clean up your room, take care of your laundry. she lives in the maid room behind the kitchen. A great holiday is when you only need to enjoy life. We also have a P.A for you, you will meet her first time, when she pick up you in the airport. We can arrange your golf holidays for you, with real Thai hospitality, you choose how you will spend your Golf Holiday, we suggest 3 days of golf 3 days of sightseeing incl. shopping and relaxing hours next to the swimming pool, the swimming pools are large and well tempered, enjoy your golf Holiday if you stay 2 weeks we recommend to have the same procedure but on different golf Courses, may be you want to replay one of the Golf Courses it is OK, your personal assistant (PA) will be happy to help you with booking T-Off time and transport to the gold course.   • including pick up in the airport at arrival and driving to airport when you depart, also including live in maid and personal assistant,
    we rent out per week, you arrive Saturday afternoon or after, and leave next Saturday
  • Your personal assistant Mrs. Salee is Thai, she lives outside the condo complex but is very close to our family. She speaks reasonable English, she can help you with booking of T-Off time at any Golf Course you want to play, and she know about the cheap days.
    She can also help you with sightseeing in Bangkok, and she can follow you on shopping at markets, and normally she will be able to obtain cheaper prices, if you want her to help you.
  • Car Rental
    We have Car rental with driver in the compound it is minibuses with space for 6 persons + golf sets etc. the price per single day is

    We also have small Honda civic with driver for daily use, he can drive you to shopping centres we have an extra fee for this , please feel free to ask about the possibilities

The second bed room has a Queen size bed, and space for another single bed on the floor. there is also space for a child bed, which is enclosed if you need. There is also a cabinet with double doors and drawers for your clothes. Our live in maid will take care of the clean up of the bedrooms every day. The bedlinen are changed each week, and towels every 3. day. there are special towels to use for the pool

Notes: Kitchen: Open with a bardisk in the front, Fully equipped with hardware, a very good workplace for the maid, she prepare the food for you if you want, or you can participate in the cooking showing your experience. The maid can take care of daily shopping for food, or you can do by yourself, she make the tables and take the dish-washing after the meal. She also take care of the washing of your clothes as well as ironing if you want, just ask her. You can stay on the balcony from early morning until bedtime if you wish. In front of the building you find a playing ground for the young ones. We have 2 common outdoor. swimming pools one for children and one for adults, the water is always well tempered The maid has day off at Sundays, but if she is in she will take good care of you anyhow.
