The river Cecina, snakes its way along the small valley below the village. At an altitude of 500m, and well away from other inhabited towns, we still have the the convenience of shopping, restaurants, and services at about 15-20 minutes by car. Cerbaiola offers you a relaxing and beautiful stay in the heart of the Tuscan landscape. Our position dominates a landscape of woods, open fields, valleys and rivers, with the low and soft contours typical of this region. The village is a natural balcony over an authentic Tuscan landscape. Volterra, unchanged for centuries, appears on the horizon and reminds us of ancient and famous cultures emanating from the Etruscans. Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, the sea, with its beaches of Punta Ala, Castiglioncello, Cecina and Bibbona, are acessible in ca. an hour by car. But the best part of your holiday with us will be appreciating the tranquility and beauty of this restored Tuscan village.

An apartment of approx. 90 sq m on two floors. An exclusive and airy open space, part of the old wine-producing cellar of the ancient village of Cerbaiola. An original and imposing arch gives character to the ground floor, where there is a stone walled kitchen-dining room, with a round table seating 6 people. An entrance hall-sitting room with a comfortable double sofa-bed, fireplace and satellite tv, supplemented by a second “French style”sofa-bed and armchairs. A bathroom on this floor has natural light. A service door from the kitchen opens directly on to a courtyard,for open air living and dining.The first floor is accessed internally by a wrought-iron open staircase, and forms a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, having access to a small sunny balcony.
The carefully chosen furniture is rustic and comfortable.Even though this apartment forms part of a tiny village, complete with swimming pool, this property cannot use the swimming pool.
