The Arceno estate is ideally located to visit the most interesting Tuscan towns and cities. Medieval Siena, which is a designated world heritage site,, Arezzo with its rich cultural heritage, Cortona with its magnificent views and cultural festivals and Florence with its museums and spectacular Renaissance palaces and churches provide ample opportunity for the active holidaymaker. Visiting hilltop towns, such as S. Gimignano with its famous towers or Volterra, makes an easy day trip. Radda, Castellina and Greve in Chianti famed for their wines are close enough to have lunch or dinner. To the south iis the stunning Crete Senese where the famous Pecorino cheese comes from and the towns of Montepulciano and Montalcino home to the delicious Brunello wine. Several Spa-towns are nearby and offer apart from healing waters any treatments one can imagine.There is an abundance of activitities the visitor can pursue from wine tasting to cooking classes, riding, cycling and even ballooning.

    Welcome basket ( incl. basic household items) & final cleaning, mobile phone use up to Euros 10.--
    If your booking enters into two different seasons, we will calculate your rate based exactly upon the number of days booked in each season
    A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance has to be paid 21 days before arrival and is not refundable upon cancellation less than 14 days before arrival. A security deposit of Euros 200.- is requested in cash upon arrival and will be refunded on departure after deduction of any extra charges or breakages.

Detailed description of apartment: The entrance of the apartment can be reached only through the private garden of the property. Upon entering there is the dining area with an open plan kitchen. To the left linked by an arch is the living room with fireplace. Off the living room is the second bathroom of the apartment . A stairwell at the back of the entrance area leads to the first floor where the master suite is located. The bedroom has a double height ceiling and a gallery with a sofa and desk area overlooking it. The master bathroom is located in the area underneath the gallery.

Your own little home in the middle of the Chianti

Getting there alone is breathtaking...situated in the middle of beautiful vineyards, the little hamlet welcomes you and you barely want to leave.

Rossella's small home is decorated with so much love, you can tell she must love to be there as much as any visitor. And it makes you feel like you are in your own home, not in some vacation rental.
The exquisite bed linens are shear luxury and made the perfect interior 5 star!

The location is wonderful with places to visit in any direction.

From inquiring about the place and conversing with Rossella, to the wonderful stay and finally meeting Barbara, the property manager and spending some lovely time with her and Richard over some local wonderful wine, the experience was perfect!

Maybe one last thing, I spent dozens of hours searching the Internet in order to find the right place. Save yourself that time, the legwork has been done, just stay at Rossella's!
