Boasting a prime front line position overlooking the 14th green and 15th tee on Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort. The villa is fully equipped to a very high standard and everything is provided for your convenience including clean linen and towels, and cable TV. The inside accommodation is impressive with spacious living room and dining areas, but the bright and sunny lounge area overlooking the pool is the jewel in the crown. The three bedrooms are spacious and classy, each with their own balcony/patio areas with fantastic views, accessed through French doors. The two bathrooms have showers, but as usual in Spain no bath. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, and there is a separate utility room with washing machine. The outside accommodation is stunning, with a beautiful 12 x 5 pool, covered pergola seating area, and lots of patio/sunbathing areas. All outside furniture including sun beds, table and chairs and barbecue provided.

Hacienda Del Alamo is a 5 star gated golf resort with 24hr security. It is situated just minutes from Fuente Alamo, a typical small Spanish town, which has everything you could need including restaurants, bars, banks and a superb supermarket. The quiet rural location is lovely , but you will be surprised by the magnificent new road network, making visits to Murcia, Cartagena or to local beaches very easy. There are many lovely beaches to visit within 20 to 40 minutes travelling distance. Murcia airport is only 30 minutes away. The resort has fantastic golfing facilities including a top notch club house incorporating restaurant, snack bar and cafe. The sports centre is now up and running offering tennis and paddle ball courts, crown green bowls, football pitch and boule court, all floodlight. Bicycles are available to hire.

Golf Information.: Golfers will probably already know that Hacienda Del Alamo is being heralded as 'the new no 1 in Spain'. The championship 18 hole course is a testing 7400 yards and designed by Dave Thomas. It is receiving rave reviews from all who play it, and is regularly visited by Miguel Jimenez, the 'resident pro'. The course is set with magnificent mountain backdrops, and always look immaculate. There is also a golf academy, 2 tier driving range and pro shop, and buggies, trolleys and clubs can be hired.

The perfect getaway

We stayed at this beautiful villa in July/Aug 2009 and we were delighted, it was very clean,well equiped,and above all luxurious.The owners were extremely helpful during and after booking,arranging a welcome pack was a bonus.All towels and linen were provided,even pool towels! the linen and towels were spotless as was the kitchen and appliances.It was very quiet,the perfect location for a get away from it all holiday.The pool was superb and very clean.The owners have a couple who look after the villa and they were very helpful with directions and were always on hand to offer advice when needed.We would recommend this villa without a doubt,it has to be one of the nicest we have rented.Thank you Steve for making our holiday very special and we hope to come back sometime in the future.

Perfect villa and garden.

This is by far the best villa we have stayed at in Spain, and must be one of the best at Hacienda Del Alamo. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped and spacious, with plenty of room for our party of 6 adults.The sun lounge is lovely, with superb views over the golf course and mountains in the distance. The pool area and garden is a dream, we particuarly enjoyed barbeques on the terrace and evenings sitting under the thatched gazebo.
The area is peaceful and safe, perfect to relax and unwind.

We really like this unspoilt corner of Spain, and Hacienda is so well placed for sightseeing, beautiful beaches and places to explore.

We were very impressed with the arrangements for our stay, the owners were helpful,efficient and knowledgable, providing a detailed route from the airport, and the best visitor information book we have seen.
Without doubt we will be returning to this villa next year, and can highly recommend it.

Have been to Spain on villa holidays for the last few years, but we can say without question, Steve and Annette have by far the most perfect villa in beautiful surroundings.
There was everything there to make our holiday perfect and Ros from, Home from Home Services was a god send with the meet and greet and general information. The pool and outside areas were fantastic with plenty of room. Although we were only a party of 2 the villa is spacious enough to cater for 8. The amenities on site are fabulous with a fantastic golf course and club house. We would easily recommend this villa to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay with all the fun of Spain within easy reach.
Anyone looking for the perfect break would be hard pushed to find better, ( and we have been to a few). Looking forward to returning in 2010, can't wait !! Many Thanks Colin & Fiona, Northampton

Holiday at "Hacienda de Alamo"

We stayed at this villa during August 2009. Our complete holiday experience with the owners has been first class. The ease of booking and all the useful info we received before we left was excellent and on arrival the home from home service was there to meet and greet us and help the whole family settle in without any problems. Having this service was a must as we know little Spanish and it was our first trip to Spain. With this service we found out all we needed to eat and be merry during our stay.

The villa itself was clean, well equipped and as described with views to the rear exquisite overlooking the golf course and the mountain backdrop. All the amenities you would expect in a luxury villa where in place with a superb TV and DVD collection. We found the collection of books fascinating and the selection of games kept all of us amused during the warm evenings on the terrace. The pool is the best we have experienced being very large. The outside BBQ area was perfect for alfresco dining.

The on site facilities of the club house deserve their 4 forks awards and the veal is a must to try.
Out and about the stunning scenery of the mountains and winding roads are a true reflection of rural Spain.

The nearby beaches had superb sand and very welcoming waves which was lovely in the mid day sun.

The near by village of "Fuente Alamo" has everything you need for your stay with a supermercado (supermarket) only minuets from the front gate.

We are already looking towards our next stay and would recommend any one to stay at this first rate holiday villa.
