Apartment 6 Alicia is a first floor apartment. This two bed apartment sleeps up to four people. It has a communal pool and is ideally located within the Dona Pepa urbanization of Ciudad Quesada within walking distance of many bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. It is nicely furnished and has a pleasant lounge/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to the balcony which overlooks the pools and gardens, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (1 x double & 1 x twin), modern bathroom with bath/shower, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine. All main rooms have 3 x speed ceiling fans, and the balcony leads to a large roof sun terrace with 360 degree sunshine. A cupboard on the roof terrace contains sun loungers, umbrella etc, and an outside shower. Facilities in Ciudad Quesada include the La Marquesa Golf Course, and Aqua Park, Bowls Club, Nature Reserve with BBQ and picnic area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • There is a 50 Euro cleaning and linen service charge to be paid which is not included in the rental rates. Linen and villa towels will be provided but please bring your own beach and swimming towels. There is a security charge of £150, refundable in full 14 days after vacating the villa, subject to there being no damages or breakage. A booking is considered firm when we have received a (non-refundable) deposit of 25% of the total rental agreed for the period booked. Final payment 4 weeks prior to holiday.

Our stay here was really nice, the whole place was clean, tidy and peaceful, which is what we wanted. The nearest shope etc, were 5 mins away, best to hire a car to get further afield. The swimming pool was really nice, the locals who live there were really friendly.
All in all a really nice place for a holiday
