Our well appointed self catering property is in the very popular South West Charente-Maritime. We are surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields.Our gite is finished to a high standard comprising of 4 large bedrooms which can sleep 8/10 people, 2 shower rooms and a large open plan living,d ining, kitchen area which opens onto the outdoor seating area so you can enjoy alfresco dining, this in turn overlooks the south facing garden where you can relax by the 9 x 4m above ground heated pool and sun terrace, the barbecue is close by with table tennis and boules area. Local amenities, in Plassac 2 minute drive away there is a pizzeria, bar/tabac, delicatessen, boulangerie ladies and gents hair salon, a further 2 minutes down the road is St Genis which has a bank, restaurants, pharmacy, small supermarket, butchers, beauty salon, tabac which sells english newspapers. Jonzac is 10 mins away with larger supermarkets and an array of shops bars and restaurants.
