This wonderful recently renovated bohemian Finca which dates back 300 years is named Finca No 15 because it was the 15th Finca to be built in the San Joan area. Located in the most peaceful and tranquil part of Ibiza and set in 10 glorious acres of naturally terraced land which is filled with a mass of lemon, orange pomegranate and almond trees. The villa has an unusually large and striking midnight blue infinity pool with a large flat terrace and grassed lawn which leads to a wilder garden full of flower filled nooks, cave and various crannies to escape to. Although modernised the finca has wonderful beams, limed walls and terracotta floors. Master bedroom with Emperor size bed. Double bedroom with standard double. Twin bedroom (can be made into double) Bathroom with bath, walk in shower and loo. Sitting room and dinning area. TV Room with flat screen, DVD and lots of films to choose from. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (the owner's a real foodie). Utility room.

Number 15 is situated in mountains which are part of the nature reserve on the island, around 7 minutes from Sant Joan, one of the last original villages of Ibiza. In the village you will find an amazing supermarket with food from all over the world plus an all organic food section, a bakery and a butcher. The numerous Restaurants and Bars all have wifi and you can buy all the international newspapers. There is a pharmacy and 3 banks, plus a post office and the coolest bars and restaurants (La Paloma, Bambuddah Grove etc) are all within easy reach. The Finca is within a few minutes drive of two of Ibiza's most beautiful and exclusive beaches, Cala d'en Serra and Xuclar and 15 mins from the world famous Benirras beach. All the hedonism of Ibiza Town is 30 mins away from this peaceful and tranquil sanctuary.

Large Tipee in garden complete with double bed, antique washstand and electricity. Satellite TV.. DVD player and DVDs to choose from. I-Pod docking stations. WiFi. Pool 15m x 5m. Outside shower. Fridge by pool area for outside drinks. English lady who cleans once a week (more by arrangement). Babysitting available. Gardener. Pool man.

St Joan is a seven minute drive away and has several restaurants, bars, newsagent and a supermarket. Ibiza has become a mecca for the rich and famous and its restaurants have evolved to follow suit. During the day drive to the south of the island to the Jockey Club on Playa de ses Salinas which has a fabulous open air restaurant set on a magnificent white sand beach. At high season the music is pretty loud and very busy as the the clubbers turn up after lunch. The beautiful and famous just love it here. For fabulous fish and paella head to Es Cubells for Es Torrents which is a lovely simple restaurant on a small stony/sandy beach with palm umbrellas. For evening dining head to El Olivio in Ibiza Town which is a splendid and classic terraced restaurant inside the castle walls of the old Ibizan town. The Hotel Les Terrasses is a totally divine chic hotel run by two Bohemian French women and well worth a trip. There are several good restaurants in Santa Eularia
