This spacious villa sits of high ground overlooking Fuengirola and the ocean. There are five bedrooms on the ground floor, two doubles and three twins, served by a well equipped bathroom and shower room. The large master bedroom is on the first floor, it is air-conditioned and has an adjacent shower room and patio doors with steps leading down to the poolside. The very spacious lounge is also air-conditioned. It has an adjoining dining room and both are adjacent to the secluded sun terrace alongside the swimming pool and the luxury jacuzzi with its own sound system. The poolside terrace has a traditionally constructed barbeque, with work tops, wash basin and shaded areas. The 11 x 4 swimming pool provides all that you would need and the quality sun beds, sofas, table and chairs make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. The property is fully air-conditioned and has up to 3 meg WI-FI throughout.

  • Special notes - 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Deposits must be received within 4 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds when receiving. Directions and information on the apartment will be mailed separately, once the final balance has been paid. A security deposit of Euro 400, is paid at arrival and returned when the keys are handed back, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment. Deposit, Final Balance and full payment can be made: EUR transfer to our bank account. IBAN No. will given together with the booking form. The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay. Check-in/out: Weekends, but flexible outside peak season. Check-in 3pm and check-out 10.30am, however we maybe flexible on times, if there are no back to back bookings.
