This holiday villa is ideal for your self-catering holiday in Madeira. Beautifully furnished, with large outside barbeque area, to the rear,which seats up to 10 people,fully equipped, fully enclosed with with a halogen heater to keep you warm during the late evenings. It is less than 2 minutes walk from all the necessary amenities such as restaurants, bakers, newsagents, super-market, shops, the bus route to Funchal and Dom Pedro Hotel where you can access the swimming pools for a small entrance fee. Every bedroom is individually decorated to a high standard. The master bedroom is ensuite and all the rooms have flat screen TVs. The lounge can comfortable seat 8 people and has a large flat screen TV and DVD. It is open plan to the dining area leading to a veranda where you can relax and enjoy a drink. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the necessary accessories, including a breakfast area. The outside patio area has sunbeds and deck chairs to soak up the Madeiran sunshine

Magnolia house is a 2 minute walk from the centre of Garajau , which contains all the necessary shops to make your self -catering holiday a pleasurable experience, including a varied choice of restaurants for those nights you choose to dine out. It is 10 minutes by bus to the bustling city of Funchal, where you can enjoy the shops or pass your time sight seing, perhaps taking the cable car to Monte. Canico de Baixo, Lido Galo Mar and Praia dos Magos are all about 5 minutes away and are excellent places for swimming. Camacha is about 10minutes away and is the centre of the wicker industry and is home to one of Madeira’s largest handicraft centres. Machico is about 15 minutes away from Garajau and was the former capital of the island, here you can enjoy a walk along the new promenade and its lovely man-made sandy beach and marina. Walking is a popular leisure pursuit in Madeira along the famous Levadas, (fresh water canals) most of which are situated within a reasonable distance.
