Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment Le 26 is perfect for a family or 2 couples, close to the Promenade, shops + sea

Le 26 is located on Boulevard Gambetta, a central road off the Promenade des Anglais. From Le 26 you will be within 5 minutes of the beach, 5 minutes of the Pedestrian Zone, and a 15 minute walk from the Old Town. It is on 4th floor in a modern building with lift. The two bedrooms are a similar size and both have ensuite fully-tiled bathrooms. There is a separate WC. Both bathrooms have a bath with shower attachment and a vanity unit. Both bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, drawers, and fitted wardrobes with sliding doors. Both have large windows which are bright and airy and have electronic shutters for night time. The living area has 2 large green leather sofas and dining table + 4 chairs. A wall-mounted plasma TV + full SKY package and large patio windows lead out onto the balcony with tables + chairs. The white kitchen is light and airy with a washing machine, separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, 2-ring hob + microwave.
