TV, ect LOW PRICE & HIGH QUALITY Ranch style single family home with screened pool and great privacy fenced around the house in a great location. We provide FREE starter the following is included: 1-Reasonable use of: Coffee, mix tea bags, basic soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bottled water. 2-Clean towels and linens will be provided at start of your stay. There is plenty of opportunity for fishing and boating on the St. John's Rive, many golf courses, NASCAR race, Bike Week. Casino poker room, We are 30 minutes away from the New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach areas. Many people drive 5 miles north to main street Deland, with its historic atmosphere, antique shops & restaurants. Others come from around the world for more exciting pursuits. We are in the Orlando area and just a short trip from all of the well-known tourist parks; Universal, Destiny, water parks. There is always something going on in the area. Den comes with TV with leather sofa, chairs, DVD player, Stereo system and chess table. This house provides you with a beautiful mahogany dinning set of 8. There is a fully fitted mahogany kitchen with dining section leading to the walk in pantry, small bar and utility room with washer and dryer. House included with cable TV, unlimited free US long distance phone. The kitchen and pool table room have door leading onto the covered and carpeted patio and pool area.
