Four bicycles for excursions in surroundings. Ping-pong room, table games, kids games. Lessons or excursions on horseback are possible - 3 kms. Tennis court - 200 meters, Football - 500 meters.
SWIMMIG POOL.
It is a new private swimming pool; it is 12 meters x 4 meters x 1.5 meters high. The pool is equipped with internal staircase and water games. Closely the pool there is a 'beach', consisting of ancient stones as the farmhouse, and there are many sun loungers for sunbathing.
Apartments:
The wide apts. permit to trasform the night-zones as the guests prefer. 2 kitchens well equipped with dishes, pots and everything for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dining rooms could accommodate 6-11 people to sit. Near kitchen sofa and armchair to relax.
'CIELO'-1 king bed, 3 singles/ 1 double + 1 single, 1 sofa bed. Equipments and sitting for 6 people in dining room.
'TERRA'-1 double and 1 single sofa-beds, 2 singles or 1 double. Equipments and sitting for 11 people in dining area.

The list of places that would be worthwhile to visit using as a starting point the Residenza is infinite. It is a strategically place for those willing to comfortably visit the most important central Italian art cities and it is an ideal base to discover nature, touring, music and Italian food and wine because it is located near to most places and events that Umbria offers throughout the year.
Excursions to Florence- 120 kms, Rome- 125 kms, Siena- 83 kms, Arezzo- 61 kms are also possible. By car or train (1 - 1 ½ hours). The thermal baths - minimum 30 kilometers, the sea at Maremma or Adriatic Sea (125 kilometers) are also an excellent day out from here;
The major riches of the area are the cultivation of olive, wine, sunflower and wheat but even the simple and tasty foods, excellent wines and oils. You could taste the tipical umbrian food in many restaurants, trattorias or village festivals.
