Impressive panoramic view from the kitchen and the terrace through the valley to the Adriatic Sea. Also view to the sea and Atri from the large living room on ground floor. Ideal for two families or two-three generations on holiday together. The house contains 4 large bedrooms, 2 large living rooms, large kitchen, 2 new and modern bathrooms. Large garden with wine, olive trees, fruit trees. Walking distance to Atri with many restaurants, shops, cafes. 300+ square meters in two floors including annex. Very Good beach in Pineto Beach (12 km - 12 minutes drive). The large National Park Gran Sasso, 1 hour drive During Winter: Many Ski Resorts in Gran Sasso (eg. Roccaraso), 1 hour drive.
