The self catering villa features a large sea-turtle mosaic pool, three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi), fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms, a utility room and landscaped garden with a veranda. And for those who, in the midst of paradise, insist on being tethered to the metropolis there is Cable TV (so you can keep up to date on news and sports). To attend to your personal needs there is a housekeeper. There are also two award winning restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance, and a supermarket close by. The carbon footprint of the villa is offset by an investment into reforestation and methane capture projects. This is managed by Carbon Neutral.® A certificate attesting to such is attached to the villa’s file. Also the majority of the house’s light bulbs are energy efficient/low wattage and the roof is designed to reflect 97% of the heat from the sun to keep you cool, again in an attempt to minimize carbon footprint.

The villa is located in Tobago at the southern end of the Caribbean chain of islands within the twin island state of Trinidad & Tobago. Tobago is the smaller of the islands, lying at the north-western edge of Trinidad and is a little bit of paradise - unspoiled rain forest, secluded beaches, exotic marine life and friendly people. Pigeon Point Beach is 10 minutes drive away with a long white sandy beach and water sports. There are plenty of diving services offered and a good dive shop too. If you like golf, Mount Irvine Golf Course is 5 minutes drive away and Tobago Plantation's course is less than 10! There is also a stunning rain forest for birdwatching. Caribbean cuisine is very close by, with both the Melange and Shirvan Watermill restaurants. You can fly into Crown Point International Airport or catch a twenty minute hopper flight from Piarco International Airport in Trinidad. A fast ferry also operates between the islands, twice daily.

A fantastic place to chill and relax

Although you will need a car if you want to access the beaches easily, staying at this Villa is well worth the sacrifice.
The large open plan living area is perfect for people to spend time together whilst cooking, playing table football (yes - there is one), or just lazing around.
The property is clean, the lady that manages it helpful and there was nothing that we didn't want for.
The pool area is perfect for families and the location is ideal for Buccoo, Crown Point and Scarborough.
Normally we stay in hotels when visiting Tobago, but this Villa is where we'll stay next time as it enables a more relaxed holiday - especially for families.
We have extremely high standards when it comes to accomodation, and the villa met those standards. We rented it for 5 weeks, had numerous visitors coming and going, and enjoyed every second.
