A splendid Andalusian Detached villa ( Named Villa Romano ) in its own grounds of over 1500m2, situated on an elevated plot of land in the prestigious urbanization of Elviria. This excellent house comprises of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, huge lounge with open fireplace, dining area, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, various storerooms, office, air-conditioning hot/cold and marble floors throughout, with its own private driveway at the front and rear of the villa offering plenty of parking spaces, private pool and lovely landscaped gardens. The Villa will accommodate very large Family OR Groups ,without people feeling closed in or trapped. There is enough space for all to have there own space, yet be close together if you prefer. It is not your typical rental, as it is our private home and was developed for us to live in. The Villa is equipped with 42' wide screen TV and sky package. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Nearest Ferry: Malaga at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Calahonda at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Car: recommended
Marbella centre is only 8kms, Puerto Banus is about 15 mins drive. Fuengirola is about 15 mins away and Benalmadena is about 25 mins drive. Gibraltar is about 1 hour away. Tarifa about 1 hour and 30 mins. A car is not essential as there are local buses and there is a Taxi rank in Elviria.

Villa Garden and laundry facility.: The Villa has a private swimming pool and steps lead down to the bottom part of the garden where the Laundry room is hosted, there is a washing line just outside for convenience. There is a separate entrance to the Villa via an electric gate with a drive way and ample parking. There is a full sized trampoline with surrounding safety net and a basket ball net is set for entertaining the children or for the energetic adult. Should you have any problems whatsoever the property is covered with 24 hour full support and can be on site to assist or help in any way.

Golf.: The Villa looks over the beautiful Santa Maria Golf Course and is within walking distance. We have a special 20%discount at this club for any of our guests who have an official golf handicap. There are many other good Golf courses within a short car ride such as Cabopino, Santa Clara,Green life,Marbella, Miraflores to name a few.

Beaches: Elviria is host to some of the finest beaches on the Cost Del Sol with mile after mile of golden sands, Fantastic beach bars and restaurants and is also home of the famous 'Nikki Beach'. Sun beds are available for hire on all Elviria Beaches at around four euros per day and include a beach towel in the cost. There is also many water sport facilities available such as wind surfing, Para kiting , water skiing and scuba diving.

Private and well located Villa Romano

We have just returned from two superb weeks in October at the Villa Romano, great "Spanishy style" villa but modern and immaculate and with all the necessary luxuries you would expect, certainly was a home from home. Lovely private garden and pool, the villa itself has great sea and golf views.
You did need a car, although the shops, restaurants beach etc: are only 5 mins away this can be a drag when it is very hot. The owner was helpful in recommending local restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed the tennis and golf at the lovely Santa Maria club.

Excellent Villa Romano!

We stayed in villa romano for 3 weeks in june.We loved the villa and would highly recommend it. It was spotless and very secure. The views were excellent and the villa situated in a quiet area not far from restaurants supermarket and bars, although we would recommend a car. The owner of the villa was available at all times and couldnt do enough for us. The pool was kept spotless.The kitchen was very well equiped and the lounge was lovely and airy witha lovely balcony to enjoy the evening sun off the kitchen.There are five bedrooms in all, one lovely master bedroom on the top floor. The other four bedroom are situated on the lower ground floor, although one of these bedrooms is mainly used as a wet room coming in from the pool. The garden is well kept and sun loungers are provided. The villa has a fantastic roof terrace and built in barbecue with fantastic views, but a little difficult to access for children, so we didnt get to use it. The villa is only five minutes drive to the beach in elviria which is clean and beautiful. Oveall we had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed the great hospitality of the owner of this villa.
