The townhouse is tastefully appointed throughout and is a superb holiday home ideally suited to couples and families looking for 5 star accommodation. There are 2 floors comprising, lounge/dining room, ground floor shower room, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry with washing machine, master bedroom with double bed and en-suite, twin bedded room with en-suite both with built in wardrobes, storage facilities and balcony. Rear terrace and front terrace furnished with 2 very comfortable chaise longues and table provide private seating and relaxing facilities. Underfloor heating throughout, gas-fire, double-glazed windows with mosquito nets and electric shutters are installed. There is a 32 inch Plasma TV with integrated free-sat and DVD player in the lounge, and CD player in the kitchen. The owners have created a special holiday home of high quality which they will use themselves and make their home available for guests to enjoy.

The townhouse is situated 10 minutes drive away from both the scenic resort of Carvoerio and local fishing village of Ferragudo. Carvoerio offers a multitude of restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes and budgets. Ferragudo whilst again offering a mixture of restaurants, has a number of quality fish eateries adjacent to the sea front. Caneiros beach is approximately 0.5 kilometre away and is a popular place for sun-bathing and swimming.The Reis das Praias restaurant is located on the beach and is famous for its extensive selection of fabulous seafood. There are Italian, American and Portuguese restaurants, bars and coffee shops all within easy reach of the property. Many outdoor activities are catered for in the area including, tennis (on-site free to use courts), scuba diving, sailing, swimming, walking, cycling and horse riding. There are a number of championship standard golf courses in the area with the Pestana complex of Pinta and Gramacho courses 5 minutes away.

Large communal swimming pool with changing and shower facilities, ample sun bathing space with sun-loungers and umbrellas provided. Pool-side terrace bar serves food and beverage throughout the day. Tennis courts are available free of charge.

General: The property is managed by an on-site management team. They are available to provide advice and guidance and attend to any problems encountered. Changeover day is normally Saturday, check-in time 14.00 hrs and check-out time 10.00 hrs. Welcome packs can be arranged at additional cost. The property will be fully cleaned prior to arrival. Additional cleaning can be arranged at additional cost. All towels including beach towels will be provided. Strictly non-smoking.

Great house,fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.The terrace at the front of the house is a comfortable spot for shading from the lunchtime sun.Super pool complex,a few steps away with yummy food served at the bar.The owners are very friendly and always on hand if required.
Huge amount of eating places for evening but must have a car.

Beautiful duplex apartment, very tastefully furnished and equipped, exactly as described on the website. On arrival the property was very clean, lots of clean towels and beautifully made beds. Boa Nova Resort is also beautifully maintained, lovely pool, terrace and bar. The resort is not yet finished but no building working was actually taking place during our stay (July 09). The site manager is very helpful and always available.
The owners were helpful and contactable throught the booking, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break. A car is a must.
