Fabulous, self -catering, Georgian Festival flat in a wonderful location for enjoying the Edinburgh festival and all that this magical city has to offer. This is a beautiful, spacious flat which sleeps 6. The finely appointed Drawing room retaining all period features, 2 classical windows, with lovely aspect to the front of the property allowing you to savour Edinburghs renown Georgian architecture. There are 2 large double bedrooms which are bright and spacious with lovely high ceilings and there is a large dining recess of the lounge which can accommodate 2 more guests. The separate kitchen is fully equiped and has a delightful outlook over Edinburghs roof-tops with a table for eating at and a traditional Scottish walk-in pantry. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath. This second floor property benefits from a traditional lift by the main stair.
