The villa is on 2 floors: on the first floor there is a hall, a living room with fireplace, a kitchenette, a very large dining room, three bedrooms (one withm double bed, one with three single beds and one with two single beds), a bathroom with a shower and double sinks and a balcony on the green. On the second floor there is a living-room/kitchen, two bedroom (one double bedded, one with two single beds), a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with a stunning view on the Sabina mountains and on the Tiber valley. On the ground floor there is a completely independent flat, with a completely independent entrance which is a basis for the owners who have to cultivate the olive groves and fruit trees there and who have to take care of the garden and the swimming pool. They don't live there, but sometimes they go there to follow the property needs. One of the owner (Carla) speaks English and she'll be happy to help you in any situation or to give you all information you may nee

Notes: Outside the villa there is a large garden with swimming pool, BBQ (very large one), gazebo where 13 people can comfortably eat) , another gazebo as a shelter from the sun, wood oven, football-table, tennis table. The view from the garden and the swimming pool is really nice ,in fact you can see the old part of the town from there. The villa is in a very good position, not only to visit Rome, but to visit other important cities in Italy, like Florence, Naples, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena, Pompeii (on a day trip ) .
