The top floor apartment is situated on a hill and is close to lots of amenities. The entertainment park, the Tivole which also has open market on Fridays is a few minutes away and the golf course is 15 minutes walk away. It is close to the supermarket , 20 minutes walk, and the railway station is about 25 minutes away. Arroyo de la Miel is a lovely little town close to Benalmadena Costa.There are lots of restaurants nearby and also internet cafe. There are two lovely swimming pools in the grounds of the apartment. The modern two double bedroom apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and is very spacious. In the master bedroom is an suite bathroom with shower and bidet facilities. It has a double bed and opens out into a large balcony. In the second bedroom is a single bed that also has a pull out bed so it can sleep two people comfortably. The kitchen is fully fitted and completely equipped. There is a microwave oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
