A very spacious villa perfect for a summer holiday rental. Four bedrooms with en-suite are on the ground floor as is the kitchen. The lounge, dining room and cloakroom are located on the upper level. A separate one bedroom apartment is on the lower ground floor with private entrance adjacent to the pool. Each room has a private balcony with tremendous views from the upper terraces across the area to the sea. The pool is surrounded with lovely sunbathing terraces and a large well maintained garden. Praia da Luz is a 5 minute drive with shops, restaurants and bars. Palmares, Boa Vista and Parque de Floresta Golf courses are between 10 - 20 minutes drive. Water and theme parks, for the children - or the adults - are within 35 minutes.

Outside: The large garden is well maintained with fruit trees including lovely fresh lemons for those G & Ts. The pool is approximately 4m x 10m beside a built in outdoor charcoal barbeque. There are sufficient sun loungers, tables and chairs for all to be comfortable.

Coast/Beach: The west coast of the Algarve is littered with beautiful beaches and has fabulour cliff top walks. Praia da Luz beach is only a five minute drive with its lovely prom and restaurants back dropped by the magnificent 'Rocha Negra' - Black Rock. Going a little further west is the small village of Burgau. On the west coast are the fabulous wind surfing beaches, the coast is wild here and is the place to cool down when the temperatures soar.

General Area: Praia da Luz is only about 3 miles away and can be a lovely stroll. Lagos, the closest town, is 20 minutes by car. Lagos is a lovely town, mingling well the mix of tourists and locals. It retains its Portuguese character in the lovely cobbled narrow streets and buildings. You can visit the fort, marina and churches or just sit at a small cafe watching the world go by.
