Total renewed house situated at the Condominium Ipanema Villages in Vilamoura, which is bordered by the 'Pinhal' golf course. This is a private, secure and calm complex with little or no passing traffic. Around the house is a very pleasant wooded area and it is next to the Hotel Hilton (5 stars hotel). This house is placed exactly in front of the swimming pool of the condominium. In this common area there is also a bar that serves tasty and economic meals. It has 2 private terraces with direct access to the beautiful common gardens and the pool. In this area there are lots of pathways between lovely gardens and private houses that you can enjoy specially in the morning and during sunset.

Vilamoura is famous for having the longest and fantastic beaches for sunbathing, relaxing and fun. All this makes Vilamoura perfect for a couple, a group of friends or family that wish to enjoy a lovely stay in a quiet, fine and beautiful place.

About the location: As a location specifically designed for tourism it has proved to be a very successful holiday destination for all ages due to the variety of facilities that it provides holiday makers.

Nearby: Nearby there is the Falesia and the Vilamoura Beach.Both amazing with beautiful sunset and lots of bars. The Marina is full with restaurants, bars, night clubs and brand name stores. Is a lively place throughout the day and perfect for a simple walking by. There's also a Casino next to the Marina, with glamours shows and a very cool disco. There are 6 golf courses: Old Course, Millennium, Laguna, Vila Sol, Pinhal and Victoria Course. You can also go to the cinema. Just 15 min. away is the biggest Shopping Center in Algarve (In Albufeira).

Other Activities: karting, Aqua show (water parks)

Myself, my wife and our 3 yr old son stayed at this property for 3 weeks. We were very happy with the property and the location. The villa was clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The villa is located in a quiet area and faces onto the pool. The pool was clean but has no area for kids. I would reccomend a car for travel to the marina and the beach in Villamoura as it would be a little bit long to walk on a daily basis especially with children. The Old Village is also close by and well worth a visit.

The villa is well equipped with excellent showers and plenty of hot water.

The villa is well located for golfers and is only a two minute walk from the Oceanico Pinhal course and is also very close to the Old Course.

The owner was very helpful in sorting out a couple of minor issues and was easily contactable by phone during our stay.

I would not hesitate to reccommend this porperty.
