A stunning south facing townhouse laid out over 4 floors it is set in a peaceful location on a small private community with electric gates giving access to the underground garage (with electric door access) It has several south facing private terraces including the stunning top floor with uninterrupted views both to Marbella and the sea and opposite to the beautiful landscaped communal garden, swimming pools &racquet ball court, The basement includes the double garage with utility area, play room with pool table and if required enough space for an inflatable double bed provided as well as bedroom 4 and a shower room. The ground floor with guest toilet has a very large open plan lounge with two sitting areas and access to the large outdoor living and dining area. The house is 2 mins by car to the Marbella Club Hotel (& beach access) as well as being positioned equal to Marbella old town and Puerto Banus (5 mins) but still enjoying a peaceful escape from the crowds. The house is located in the best residential area of Marbella with no high rise blocks or hotels and uninterupted views of the Med. Visit the many local attractions, all close by and then return to the peace and quiet of the house; and equally important for your holiday no noisy neighbours allowing a restful nights sleep Within walking distance of the house there are over a dozen eateries, local deli, supermarket, bars, the Marbella Club Hotel itself, taxi rank/local bus route, internet cafe, cashpoint, pharmacy etc

Beautiful spacious townhouse.

We were a party of seven staying at this lovely house in April 2009.
From the very start when making the booking, to a few weeks after the holiday, Michael stayed in touch and came across as a very friendly person in all communications.
As soon as we walked into the house we knew it was special, every small detail was taken into account from the welcome pack on arrival which included a very welcome bottle of chilled wine. to the children toys stored in the basement.
The house was very spacious with two seating areas in the lounge, one part of which included the big screen tv with dvd player.
marble was on all floors, which gave it a distinctive feel.
Every window had a view, the rear looking towards the fantastic mountains and the pool area, the front had a wonderful view looking down to marbella and the sea.
Best of all was the large pool and surrounding gardens, We were holidaying out of season, so we had it all to ourselves, even on hot sunny days.
If you needed help or advise, Gemma and her team were always at hand day or night.
There is plenty to do in Marbella and the surrounding area, even out of the holiday season, so you would never get stuck for things to do.
It was a great holiday in a fantastic house.
