This spacious villa is ideal for various families or friends travelling together. With 4 complete bedrooms with their complete en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional powder room and maids quarters with complete bathroom, this villa offers space, many amenities and complete relaxation in an exclusive residential community that is close to the main activities and attractions of the Bavaro and Punta Cana areas. Built in 2005, the villa is in excellent condition. Two stories. Parking space for up to 4 vehicles. Ample garden and backyard. The villa is located in a 1,000 sq mt lot of land, facing the gorgeous Cocotal Golf Course. The house is fully furnished with ample american-style kitchen. Dining room. One living room and a separate games area with ping-pong table downstairs. Poolside dining and lounge. Chaise lounges and BBQ. Three bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. Daily housekeeping service. Full day staff also available if required.
