The spacious apartments(3) are designed for enjoyable living with private pool and great views to the sea and the mountains. There is a ground terrace, balconies and a secluded roof terrace - ideal for sun lovers, all with sun beds, tables & chairs. It is 20 min walk to the nearest beach, Chrysochou Bay, and 7 min stroll to the town centre with all its amenities: restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc. Polis provides a pleasant, friendly environment for a relaxing or romantic holiday & an ideal base for activities, e.g. cycling, biking, hiking, snorkeling, scuba-diving etc. Exploring the spectacular Akamas nature reserve is a must, so is a visit to Latchi with its fishing port, beach, harbour-side restaurants, sea-sport facilities & boating excursions. The two bedroom apartment (sleeps 5+1child) has a light and very spacious living area incl. dining suite, coffee table, full entertainment system including Sky satellite and 3 & 2 seater sofa beds. The two bedrooms are twins, each with spacious fully fitted wardrobes and patio doors to their own private balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, fitted oven, hob and hood, microwave, toaster and washing machine. There is a full size bathroom with heated towel rail, bath, shower, WC and wash basin. There is also a separate shower room with heated towel rail and a separate cloakroom. The apartment has been fitted to a very high standard and include fly screens, air conditioning and central heating. The private pool is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds, tables and chairs and has a separate WC and shower for guests and pool users. There is a secluded roof terrace with sunbeds, chairs and tables, ideal for sun bathing, relaxing and taking in the spectacular view.

Latchi has great fish restaurants, long beach and marina with water sports, scuba diving and boat trips. The nearby Akamas Nature reserve (with coves for sunbathing, swimming) and the new coastal walk & cycle way from Polis to Latchi are ideal for cycling and walking. Nearby coastal or mountain villages, often surrounded by citrus and olive orchards, are worth exploring for local crafts, museums, traditions and architecture; so are historic tourist attractions such as Aphrodite's Baths. There are numerous uncrowded beaches along the coast. The area is ideal for families and for any one wanting an active, romantic or more relaxing holiday, with easy access to the airport - bustling towns like Paphos & Golf courses.

  • Terms and Conditions of Booking for Holiday Rentals

    A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to be paid at point of sale with the booking form, unless the day of arrival is within 12 weeks of booking, in such cases full payment must be made at point of sale with the booking form. Balances MUST be received by us no later than 12 weeks prior to your arrival in Cyprus.

    Bookings exceeding the maximum occupancy of the villa/apartment will not be honoured or accepted.

    The villa/apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of the departure. New arrivals will be given access from 4pm.
    A damage deposit of €200 is also payable at the time of booking. If breakages occur, excess cleaning is required or missing items are noticed at the end of your stay we will provide you with a written statement. We will deduct the appropriate amount from your damage deposit and the remainder (if any) will be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to alter prices at our discretion at any time prior to acceptance of any payments.
    Cancellation charges:

    12 weeks or longer, no refund of deposit is given.

    8-12 weeks, 50% loss.

    4-8 weeks, 80% loss.

    4 weeks or less no refund is given.
    Alterations to accommodation will be accepted up to 8 weeks before the rental period subject to availability and at no extra charge and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse alterations within 8 weeks of the start date of the rental period. However we will make every effort to assist you.
    Adequate holiday insurance is required to protect against personal injury or loss.

  • The bathroom facilities have been fitted to a very high standard. There is a full size spacious bathroom with heated towel rail, bath, shower, WC and wash basin and additional towel rails. There is a separate shower room with heated towel rail, as well as a separate cloakroom with WC and sink unit. The bathroom and the cloak room has a shelf and a tooth brush holder under the mirror; the bathroom also has 2 cupboards. The generous bathroom facilities provides privacy and flexible use for anyone staying in this apartment, whether a family, couples, singles or a mixed group. NOTE: Beach/ poolside towels are not provided.

These apartments are therefore not only ideal for individual couples, friends or families holidaying independently but also ideal for e.g. couples, friends or extended families that want to share exclusive holiday time together (e.g. around the pool, on the terrace etc.) while at the same time enjoying private space in their own apartment.

For Golf enthusiasts: Paphos offers several excellent golf courses, The Secret Valley Golf Club (6120 meters and 18 holes plays to par 72 ) is 18 km east of Paphos, the most recently opened is the luxurious Aphrodite Hills (6299 meters and plays to par 70). Tsada Golf Course (6060 meters and 18 holes, plays to par 72) is the nearest, it is just 25 minutes away from Polis. As it is on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level it benefits from cool breezes during the summer months.

Internet Access and Natural Healing Spa: Access to internet is available in several places in Polis, just 5-10 min walk from the apartments. There is a Natural Healing Spa resort in nearby Miliou (Ayii Anargyri Natural Healing Spa Resort). It is a short car drive away, situated next to Miliou's healing springs.

We stayed for 10 days in the 2 bed appartment. The directions were very easy to follow. We were a short walk from the centre and a 5 minute drive to Lachi and the beaches. The appartment was very nice, clean and conveniently arranged and perfect for our family of 5. The equipment and fittings were to a very good standard. The air conditioning worked well on what was an extremely hot 10 days. The pool was very clean and nice to relax in. The kitchen had all the utensils to enable us to cook a wide variety of meals during our stay. Having bikes within the appartment was very handy for mountain biking in the evening and the roof terrace was nice to eat out in on the evenings where we fancied a night in. Customer service was good and we have already recommended it to our friends who are likely to visit in Oct. The appartment is also good for large families as there are two studios which would give older children / parents a bit of privacy whilst being able to keep an eye on things. Polis is our favourite part of Cyprus - not overbuilt like some parts and retaining the character of Cyprus. We love the harbour at Lachi for eating out (Nicandros was very good), jet ski-ing, water boarding and the town centre restaurants and shops. We also loved picking some of the figs, oranges, carobs and prickly pears that line many of the roads. Also visited the many villages up in the mountains and the turtles at Lara Bay on the Akamas peninsula. The Galaxy taverna right behind the appartment is great for a cheap souvlakia in pitta bread for lunch. Papantonios Supermarket is 5 mins drive too and very reasonable. See you again soon!
