This villa is fully air-conditioned with two master en-suite. Both with walk-in showers and walk-in wardrobes. The master suite features a 27'LCD television. Cable TV with 200 channels including Fox Sports. The three further beds, one has a queen double with en-suite. We have two twin rooms. Cot, High Chair and Push Chair are provided. All linen, towels and hairdryers are included. Large family room overlooks the pool area with patio doors leading on to the patio. It has phone, DVD player (with DVDs) and mini Hi-Fi. Free internet with broadband. Games room with pool table, bikes, board games and PS2 with games. There is a 42' Plasma TV in the lounge.The kitchen/breakfast area is open plan with dining table and patio doors leading on to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with American refrigerator complete with icemaker. Separate utility room with washer and dryer. The villa and pool are south-facing for plenty of sun all day. The pool and six-berth Jacuzzi is fully screened.

Welcome to our Luxury 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom Villa which holds up to 12 people. Situated on the prestigious Calabay Parc. On-sit facilities include nature trails, children's recreation area, basket ball and tennis courts. It is Located 2 minutes away from shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We our 10 minutes away from Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Downtown Disney, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. We our also 20 minutes away from Universal Studios, Islands Of Adventure, City Walk, Wet N Wild, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove (where you can swim with Dolphins) and International Drive.

My family and I stayed in this home the 10-14 of June. We were so pleased with the property. It was everything they advertised it to be. My kids enjoyed splashing in the pool everyday, the games room was also a big hit.The ps2 was the best part of vacation for my ten year old. We will definitely enquire abt this property for next summer's vacation. My only complaint was that we couldn't use the bikes as there were only 2 adult bikes and none for kids. Thanks so much to Rebecca for having an answer to my questions. Thanks for a wounderful place to stay.

Plenty of room South pool

We stayed in March. Villa is close to Disney and lots of amenities. Whether you have one family or a few couples, there is plenty of room. The owner of the villa and manager go out of there way to help. We had an awesome time and will rent this villa again.
