The Apartment is in what used to be a country house built in the XVIII century by our family.It has been renovated for today’s daily living. It has 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a full bathroom.The first floor has an American kitchen, living room with a full size day bed and a small bathroom. There is a common laundry room, garden and parking lot for the use of the guests. There is also an ¨Horreo¨ (a typical wooden house used by farmers to keep the harvest). A priority of the management is constant maintenance and the cleanliness of the Apartment. We also put much thought and care into the advice and information that we give to our clients about excursions to surrounding areas. The Apartment is in a small village on the Asturias coast. Also nearby are many other picturesque villages, beautiful beaches and restaurants where one can enjoy the gastronomy of the area. DISTANCE TO NEAR PLACES OF INTEREST: Covadonga and the Lakes 35km, Ruta del Cares 40km, Picos de Europa 50km

The Apartment is in Villanueva de Pría (Concejo de Llanes),10 Kms. from Ribadesella and 17 Kms. from the town of Llanes. In a few kilometres there are more than 30 beaches. El Cueto de los Collado is strategically located and only a short distance away are many different attractions: Covadonga and the Lakes, Cabrales Area (“Ruta del Cares” or visit the town of Bulnes), Picos de Europa (Potes y Fuente Dé), Ribadesella and the “Tito Bustillo” Prehistoric Caves, the fishing village of Lastres and the Jurassic Museum of Colunga, Villaviciosa, the fishing village of Tazones and the Viewpoint of “El Fito”, Llanes and its many beaches, among them the incomparable Torimbia, etc. Due to the magnificent location of our Establishment, visitors can also visit some of the places of the nearby Province of Cantabria like Santillana del Mar or Santander. By the other hand, Oviedo and Gijon are approximately 1 hour from our Apartment thanks to the major Highway that joins us to them.
