Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 20% of the total sum has to be paid when booking your holiday home. As soon as this amount is received you will get a confirmation of your reservation. The balance has to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday starts. If you have to cancel your holiday 8 weeks before the start date, we keep the deposit. If you have to cancel your holiday 6 weeks before the start date, we keep 50% of the total sum. If you have to cancel your holiday 4 weeks before the start date, we keep 90% of the total. If you want to rent the villa for a longer time, we can agree a special price with you. On arrival at the villa, a security deposit of € 200 has to be paid before we hand over the key. Bed linen and towels can be supplied at a cost of € 10 per person. Electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the price. Your security deposit (less any deduction for damage done) will be paid back after 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
  • If you depart very early in the day, your deposit will be returned within the next two weeks.
