Las Magnolias is a part of a small complex of houses and apartments with a swimming pool and tennis court. It is situated on a quite side street with just a 5 minute walk to the beaches, the nature reserve and the marina of Las Fuentes with its shops, restaurants and bars. This house has two large bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed, and one with two singles, with two additional pull out trundle beds. There is a lounge/dining room with a TV (UK SKY freeview), and a double sofa bed, and a separate kitchen with full size cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. Perfect for self-catering. To the front is a patio and there is also a small garden to the rear. All linen is provided (except beach towels) and in between lets maid service is supplied. The house is very family friendly and also comes equipped with travel cot and high chair as well as toys and two bikes. Disabled access is also provided. Pets are welcome.

The delightful small quiet costal towns of Alcossebre and Las Fuentes on the Costa Azahar 'The Orange Blossom Coast' are far removed from the international masses. The resort has retained its native charm and friendly family atmosphere. Just 20 minutes from historic Peniscola with its ancient fort over looking the sea, 20 minutes from the fun 'Waterland' park at Benicassim, 30 minutes from Castellon and all its shops, 1hr from Valencia and 2 hrs from the wonderful Barcelona. It is blessed with miles of beautiful blue flag sandy beaches with water sports including water-skiing, wind surfing and yachting as well as great fishing. The house is right next door to a nature park, perfect for hikes and walks. There are two champion golf courses 30 Min's away. The town also boasts a picturesque marina, which houses many wonderful restaurants and bars. The strict planning laws in the area have ensured that it is low rise only and so has avoided the impact of mass tourism.

  • We do ask for a refundable £100 security deposit, payable at the time of booking, which will be refunded once a check has been carried out after your stay - this usually would take up to one week. We accept payment by bank transfer, pay pal or cheque (although please note that cheque payments will need to be received and cleared in full at least six weeks before your stay). We ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking, with the remaining 80% at least four weeks before your stay.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and mosquito netting over the windows. They also both have ceiling fans. A travel cot is also provided. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony.

This property was great. The beach nearby is crowded but 1km away is much better. The furniture is as described in advertise. I think this property is best for families with children. Thank to the owner we had great vacation, everything was almost perfect.

This place is very nice. Things work fine in the house. The beach is pleasant and suites families with younger children. The area is quite, also by the well kept pool area.
