On three floors the house has an open plan ground floor with a new fully fitted kitchen, dinning room, cloakroom , and light airy living room. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. On the top floor we have a large comfortable sitting room and sun terrace. This is a special property.......as you will see from the pictures

This stylish house is situated in the centre of the small fishing village and resort of Cabanas. Cabanas is 4kms east of Tavira The nearest beach....the fishermans beach, is about 100 metres away, but most people go over to the beach on the island , which is a 5 min ferry ride.....its worth the trip. The nearest Golf Course is 'Benemor' 1km...5 minites drive.

  • We accept euros at the rate at time of booking.
  • We do consider long lets in the winter and offer various discounts depending on the length of booking.
  • To book we ask for a 20% deposit and the balance paid not later than 4 weeks before your holiday.
    If the booking is less than 4 weeks ahead we would require the complete balance at the time of booking.
    We also ask for a security/breakage deposit of £250 ....this can be paid with the balance or in cash when you arrive....this deposit is normally returned 1 week after your holiday by cheque or bank transfer...if there are no breakages.

Just recently stayed at house - you will not be disappointed. Met at house by owners who showed us around etc - really nice and friendly people. House exactly as pictures with all mod conds - a real home from home. Very clean and very comfortable.

August was so hot would have a lazy morning watching dvd's (plenty in house) and then down to beach. Would recommend you pack a picinc box and ice packs - facilities on beach for food is limited and very expensive. About a 10 min walk to beach, but well worth it.

Town is lovely - we did not hire a car, but caught local bus to Tavira. Went late afternoon and caught a taxi back. Would recommend.

Only stayed a week - which was great. Michael arranged all transfers and deposit returned within days - no problems.

A great holiday.
