Your-French-Escape is a beautiful traditional French south facing Villa designed by an internationally renowned architect. The Villa has recently been constructed in the old traditional style using natural stone and wooden beams it has everything you could ever want to make your experience of the Cote d'Azur absolutely amazing. The Villa is located in the beautiful village of Chateauneuf de Grasse with unrestricted views to the Mediterranean Sea from Antibes to the Massif de I'Esteral Mountain range. Your-French-Escape outside dinning area is the highlight of the Villa, seating up to 12 people where you can enjoy the evening by the outside fire place and a grand view of the Cote d'Azur. Opposite the dinning area you can relax in the wonderful outdoor lounge, from there steps lead down to the heated mirrored pool approximately 30x15 feet.

  • A deposit of 50% of the total rent is payable when making the booking. The balance of the rental plus the refundable security deposit of £2000.00 is payable 6 weeks before the start of the of the rental period.

    Barth mats,
    Tea towels,
    Telephone (calls are charged on meter reading).
    Pool maintenance,
    Garden maintenance.
    Laundry for linen etc at the end of you holiday.
    Final clean of the Villa.

    PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE.
    Heating of the swimming pool, if required will be 150 GB pounds per week.
    Telephone calls which are charged at 15cents per unit based on meter readings.
    Additional cleaning is available on request and charged at €15 per hour.
    These charges will be deducted for the security deposit.
