Therefore, you can enjoy a beautiful sea and the nearby sunny mountains all year round. Menton is on the borders of Italy, the Principality of Monaco and the Comté de Nice. Paradise of gardens, Menton is also a unique display of architecture. These have molded this “Secret Riviera”, paradise where you can walk in the footsteps of famous names. From the Empress Eugénie to Jean Cocteau, countless people have come to this magical setting to get re-kindle the authentic. The scents, colours and tranquility, but also the diversity of the activities that can be practiced here throughout the year, make Menton “the pearl of France”, as stated by the geographer Élysée Reclus. Moreover, the town is the first town of the Alpes-Maritimes to receive the designation “City of Art and History”.

In the heart of the old town of Menton, charming two bedroomed apartment with fabulous panoramic views across the bay of Garavan. On the 3rd floor (no lift, steep staircase) of an old building the flat has been refurbished and is very light and comfortable. Entrance into open plan living room with fitted kitchen, leading onto dining room. French doors from living room opening onto small balcony with views across the bay. There are two double bedrooms (one with four poster double bed, one with two single beds) and bathroom. This apartment is located in the heart of the ‘Vieille Ville’ of Menton with easy access to the seafront, pedestrian street (with shops, cafés and restaurants) and town centre.
