Thanks to a beneficial subtropical micro climate (316 cloudless days a year), winter is practically unknown in Menton. Therefore, you can enjoy a beautiful sea and the nearby sunny mountains all year round. Menton is on the borders of Italy, the Principality of Monaco and the Comté de Nice. Paradise of gardens, Menton is also a unique display of architecture. These have molded this “Secret Riviera”, paradise where you can walk in the footsteps of famous names. From the Empress Eugénie to Jean Cocteau, countless people have come to this magical setting to get re-kindle the authentic. The scents, colours and tranquility, but also the diversity of the activities that can be practiced here throughout the year, make Menton “the pearl of France”, as stated by the geographer Élysée Reclus. Moreover, the town is the first town of the Alpes-Maritimes to receive the designation “City of Art and History”.

Le Mirasol apartments are located just behind the seafront and ideally located on public transport routes into Monaco and the surrounding areas. Accommodation comprises of: entrance hall leading to fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage. Living room/dining area which has sofa and two chairs along with a fold away dining table and chairs with large south-facing French windows opening up to sea views. To the rear of the building there is a bathroom with shower cubicle, basin, toilet and bidet. there are two bedrooms both with storage, one large double bed (which can be separated) and a twin room with cabin style beds. Entry phone system, electric heating and double glazed windows.
