Luxury villa situated in a superb location in front of the beach at Porto de Mos with stunning sea views. The villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard throughout and offers comfort, privacy and space. Ideal location for families with children. The property is accessed through automatic gates leading into a courtyard with adequate parking space and steps lead up to the main entrance door. The accommodation is laid out on two floors with 3 bedrooms down stairs, all having sliding patio doors to pool terrace. An elegant wooden staircase leads up to the spacious lounge/dining room and open plan kitchen which is very well equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor. Sliding patio doors from the lounge lead to a terrace, overlooking the swimming pool with its overflow feature. The terrace with outdoor dining table & chairs has fantastic sea views.
