This luxury new air-conditioned town house situated in Moraira, has magnificent panoramic views overlooking Benitachell and Teulada. The accommodation is on two levels. The lower level consists of two twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious loung/dining area with patio doors leading to a wonderful sun trapped balcony. From this balcony there are stairs leading to a large roof sun terrace with breathtaking views. Adjacent to the dining area there is a separate fully fitted kitchen with all modern equipment. A large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This property also offers a private shared pool just a few minutes walk away, plus a car port for parking. Casa Anna is in a superb position for Moraira town centre which is a 5 minute drive. Javea is 20 minutes drive, Calpe 20 minutes drive and Denia 25 minutes drive, making this an ideal location for sight-seeing or just relaxing by the pool.

Moraira is ideally situated between the most breathtaking coast-line of clear blue sea and beautiful sandy beaches, rocky coves and the mountains of the Marina Alta. The World Health Organisation identified the northern Costa Blanca as having the most ideal weather and healthy climate on the whole of the Costas. This quiet and peaceful fishing port has become a busy and attractively unique resort. There are no high-rise apartments, large hotels, package tours and no large noisy nightclubs. Quite simply, this is a quaint and pretty little town with tasteful shops, exquisite restaurants and cafe/bars, surrounded by beautiful villas nestled on the tree-covered hillsides. Moraira is a very sought after area for residents and offers a unique atmosphere for all tourists. The children love the sandy beaches and coves and there is a mini children's fairground in the town centre. This is one of the most beautiful towns on the whole of the Costas and offers a perfect relaxing holiday retreat.

Moraira Beaches:: Moraira has four beaches, each very different in character. Of these beaches, the most northern one is at El Portet and is situated at the end of a sheltered shell-shaped bay, quiet with beautiful clear water and a gentle sloping seabed. This is ideal for swimming and is wonderful for water activities and playing with the children. The town beach of L'Ampolla is a large sandy beach with a play area and is close to restaurants. Platgetes is a quieter beach and is both sandy and rocky. L'Andrago is a boulder beach which is ideal for snorkelling. Both to the North and South of Moraira there are many secluded bays and coves well worth exploring. There are pedal boats and jet ski rides available at the main town beach of L'Ampolla.

Water sports:: Available water sports to be enjoyed are:- swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, jet-skiing, windsurfing and kite surfing. If you are feeling less energetic -then just relax and soak up the glorious sunshine. All three main beaches are European blue flagged and zoned. Lifeguards are on daily duty enabling you to relax and enjoy your beach and various activities safely. Other sports included are walking, climbing, horse-riding and cycling.

Golfing Activities:: Javea Golf Course is situated between Moraira and Javea and is within a 10 minute drive from the house and is a 9 hole course, par 72 and 3,035 metres and is a relatively flat course. The club offers, driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool , club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella course is 20 minute drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72, and is 6,029 metres. This course has many trees and water obstacles, but presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge, restaurant and swimming pool. Both La Sella and Javea clubs have tennis and squash courts. Oliva Nova Golf Club is a 35 minute drive. This course was designed by Seve Ballesteros and is a testing course of 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
