The spacious detached villa is situated on a 650sqm plot with summer kitchen and large 10x5m private pool. Additionally, there is an outside hot and cold shower and WC. Located approximately 45 minutes from Alicante airport or 20 minutes from Murcia airport. Both are easy accessible by motorway. Close to many sandy beaches, golf courses, horse riding, tennis. Conveniently located to bars, restaurants. The local supermarket is 5 mins drive from the villa. The villa comprises of 3 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms one with en-suite. One king size bed (master bedroom) with fitted wardrobes, the other bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobes and one double bedroom with wardrobes. Both bathrooms have showers and baths. Spacious lounge with air-conditioning. Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, iron-ironing board and all utensils

Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres

Villamartin has an 18 hole championship golf course, situated within a five minute walk from the villa. The golf club is right next to the Plaza with it’s many bars and restaurants. There is a supermarkets in the main plaza and there is also a range of gift shops. There is also 3 golf clubs within 10-20 minute drive. Local supermarket, choice of restaurants, bars & discos along with a chemist, hairdressers and shops etc all within 5-10 minute walking distances. This area is lively and busy - particularly in peak summer months. Nearby horse riding and go-karting are also available. Even livelier Torrevieja is just 10 minutes drive away where you can enjoy shopping and the Marina, with plenty of new restaurants to try on the way, also a 20 minutes drive away is San Pedro, which has an indoor commercial shopping centre. Trips to Benidorm, Terra Mitica and the Water Park are available locally.
