A conveniently located self-catering villa with huge character, where east meets west. Just few minutes from sea and town. Located in a lovely boutique resort, with communal swimming pool and pinewood. The interiors are of fine quality, as well as the furnishing and decorations: travertine floor, Turkish rugs, ethnic style couches and lamps. At the first floor you can find a large living room with cable television, DVD player and stereo, and a well appointed kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Stair lead you to the second floor where you can find two large bedrooms, one with a nice terrace and one with a magnificent view of the sea, plus one bathroom with a large shower. Take your breakfast on the private and romantic wood patio and enjoy the nice countryside panorama with olive trees. Long and short term rentals are considered. No pets.

Known in Turkish as 'half island' the Datca Peninsula is surrounded on three sides by the sea. Datca is a town where life centres around the harbour. Carpet shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and even an amphitheatre line the harbour side and each evening an assortment of gulets, yachts and gin palaces arrive to drop anchor in this attractive setting. A drive through the peninsula with pine forests, hill top villages and roads zig zagging down to the sea level will bring you to Knidos, an antique site dated 4000 BC. If you prefer less strenuous activities then there are numerous bays, some sandy, some pebbly but all with crystal clear water. Datca is known throughout Turkey for its therapeutic qualities with high oxygen content in its air due to the meeting of the Mediterranean and Aegean seas and is considered to have the World's third highest level of oxygen in its air.

How to get to the villa from the airport: There are several direct flights from the UK or Europe to Bodrum and Dalaman Airport. Bodrum: the airport is approximately 50 minutes away by driving from the ferry boat terminal. The Datca ferry departs everyday at 9 am and at 5 pm and takes around two hours. A bus will collect you from the ferry port and 15 minutes later you will be in Datca town when you can take a taxi to the Villa. Alternatively you can take a taxi at the Bodrum airport and it will take you straight to Datca after 3 hours of driving. Dalaman: it will take approximately 2, 5 hrs via a very scenic road. There is the possibility to book a private van that can take you from each airport respectively, at the cost of 150/120 Euros (6 seats) Otherwise Havas (Turkish airlines) will take you directly from the airport to Marmaris Bus Station where you can find buses to Datca every hour (1 hour).
