Villa located in the village of Arboleas close to Albox, Huercal O'Vera there are a large variety of supermarkets, restaurants weekly markets, bars, internet cafe etc. Direct drive to the coast around 20 minutes will bring you to San Juan de los Terreros a lovely little holiday resort with great beaches and board walk, with beach bars, cafes and restaurants. Other near by beach resorts (20 - 30 minutes approx) are Mojocar and Garrucha. Mojocar is probably the largest and mostly known resort along the costa of de Almeria and has many miles of beach front, along with a large shopping mall. Garrucha is a delightful typically Spanish fishing village with many sea food restaurants around the harbour. There are numerous parks for the children and a water park nearby at Vera Playa.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are for the villa, and not per person and includes a cleaning service and linen change after your departure - for stays of two weeks or more an interim clean can be arranged at a cost of €75.
    A deposit of 25% is payable to confirm your booking, the remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival. For booking made within 10 weeks of arrival payment of the full balance will be due immediately, payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
  • A security deposit of £200 is payable two weeks before arrival in lieu of any losses or damage to the fixtures or fitting that may occur this deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure date, subject to inspection of the property and it content.Accommodation is normally available after 4pm on your arrival date and departure should be before 11am.
  • Welcome packs are available and are charged according to your specific requirements - if you would like beers chilling in the fridge on arrive this is no problem.

We found and booked this lovely villa on the internet, everyone told us we were mad when my Husband and I set off with our five grandchildren aged between 3 years and 13 years, but what a fantastic holiday we all had the villa was well equipped, the children loved the pool and had great fun with all the inflatables provided,
The villa is set in a very nice location, with in easy reach of Supermarkets, bars and some really nice local resturants, its easily reached from Almeria airport and only a 30 minute drive away from lovely beaches and a great waterpark at Playa De Vera,
Everyone keeps asking when can we go back !!!!

we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and have booked up to go again to this villa.

The villa is lovely and spacious, large kitchen, large living room, spacious bedrooms and a smashing pool.

It has a backdrop of the mountains, really good chinese and pizza restaurants/takeaway within a reasonable walking distance. We also enjoyed the restaurant in Albox which we visited more than once.

We drove to St Juan beach. This is a beautiful sandy beach with restaurants dotted along the boardwalk. We also drove to Mohajaca.

All in all we had a great time.
