Plumbago Villa

The property known to me as Plumbago Villa, owned and operated by Diane and Wayne, two very lovely people, is one of the best ways to enjoy a vacation in Barbados. It is very conveniently located near a shopping mall, the beach, some great affordable restaurants, and a couple of nice local bars.
The villa itself is nicely situated behind a small park and is about a five minute walk to the beach. The clients that seem to stay at Plumbago are always very friendly, quiet, and accommodating to the other visitors that are staying there. The pool is an added benefit for those days that you want to just relax and read a book or tan.
All the available apartments are nicely outfitted, and would be suitable for all types of tourists: kitchens allow you to prepare your own meals, or for those of us that do not have very strong culinary skills, there are quite a few terrific restaurants within five or ten minutes of the villa. Spacious bathrooms allow for multiple occupancy. The rooms come with plenty of storage space so there is never a need for clutter. The apartments are always clean and welcoming, with the attendance of the cleaning and maintenance staff.
The room rates are some of the best rates that I have found over the years that I have travelled to the island, with regards to comfort, location, cutomer service/relations, amenities, and peacefulness.
I would highly recommend a stay at Plumbago for all kinds of tourists who want to enjoy a stay in Barbados, especially those staying for extended periods of time. The owners are very familiar with the island and are very helpful when you need any kind of advice or help in planning your trip.
Plumbago is a great place to stay, and absolutely fulfills the description of a "home away from home".
