You are a travelling business man or you are working in Nuremberg? Or maybe you are searching a place to stay for your employees? As a tourist you would like to travel with family and friends and therefore you are looking for a suitable place to stay? You are welcome - this is the new way of hospitality! The apartment is located central and is opposite the exhibition halls. As well the airport as the main train station are just minutes away by underground. The next underground station is just a minute walk away from the apartment. The apartment is styled in a modern design. All guests can use the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom (shower/WC). The maximum number of people who can stay in the apartment is 4-6. Of course you are also welcome to book single rooms if you want. The room has two beds and cable TV. Internet-Connection via W-LAN in all apartments.

Central lacoation - easy to reach. The apartment is located central and are opposite the exhibition halls. By underground you are in 8 min in the famous city of Nuremberg - second largest city of Bavaria and clandestine capital of Franconia, home town of the famous medieval painter Albrecht Duerer and already in the Middle Ages one of Germany's most important centres of trade, is well worth a visit. Let it enchant you with its beautifully restored old part of town, picturesque alleys and squares, massive ramparts, the Kaiser castle, splendid churches, gothic art treasures to name only a few. Every step will take you further into history. Cozy restaurants and pubs offer just the right atmosphere to relax from a hard exhibition day. The 'Frankenstadium' one of the FIFA-worldcup 2006 games will take please is easy to reach in about 15 min by a short walk. By underground you are in 8 min. on the 'Christkindlesmarket' Nuremberg. Nice, to meet you!

Very comfortable apartement

My mother, my two sons (11 and 13) stayed for a week an this apartment and enjoyed our time. We had enough space, so we didn't get annoyed. Also the location was excelent; near the U-Bahn.

Wir haben mit 9 Personen (nur Männer) in 2 Wohnungen ein langes Wochenende in Nürnberg verbracht.
Top eingerichtet mit neuen Möbeln und sehr sauber.
Der Anschluß an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut.
Wir alle können es weiterempfehlen.

Mit sechs Personen haben wir 3 Tage in der wunderschönen,
gutgelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht.
Die Ausstattung ist vervorrragend und alles sehr neu und sauber. Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zum Messegelände sind optimal.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Außerordentlich saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet ,verkehrsgünstig gut gelegen, U-Bahn Bauernfeindtstraße 4 min und der Volkspark am Dutzendteich mit Reichsparteitagsgelände und Dokumentationszentrum sowie Stadion und Freibad in etwa 30 min erreichbar zu Fuß.
Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl im Haus.
