It concerns a pretty two-room apartment on the first floor with kitchen, bath and a large terrace (20 m²), being in a private plant with altogether 8 apartments in the heart of the Provence. The common swimming pool, lain on the property, as well as the garden, are regularly cleaned and maintained. The property is below Les Baux de Provence, in a calm area and has its own parking lot in front of the apartment. There are many interesting places to be visited like: The market in Arles, Aix en Provence, les Saintes Maries de la Mer, Salon, Avignon and Marseille. The temperatures are practically never under zero and summer temperatures can be considered as from April to October. You will find many very good typical Provencial Restaurants close by, among others a few with up to 2 * Michelin Stars *. A local tennis court is approx. 2 minutes from the apartment. You will enjoy a wonderful view in direction to the Alpillies from the apartment and the terrace.
