This self catering spacious 2 bed accommodation is located in Poole Park directly opposite and with spectacular views of the 55 acre Boat Lake. The Flat is furnished to a modern standard with a fully integrated and equipped kitchen - Dish washer, W.machine, Fridge/freezer, Microwave etc. A large lounge/diner looks directly out to the Boating Lake. High speed internet with wifi is provided included in the price. In the rear garden, garden tables and chairs are on offer to take advantage of the southerly sunshine. 22foot garage is available at the rear of the flats for parking and storing private belongings. Situated in Poole Park, it's an easy walk to Poole town centre, Poole Quay, Baiter Park, Barclays, Local Swimming Poole and Parkstone Yacht Club. Nearby also is Sandbanks for the many tourist attraction & sandy beaches. Ideal for a business stay or holiday break. We can accommodate one group (of 4), two groups (of 4) or one large group (of 8).
