The villa is situated on the edge of the village of Pylona between Lindos and Lardos this is in South Eastern Rhodes. The accommodation is close to the sandy beaches located in Lindos, It is also situated close to the village of Lardos with its Bars and Tavernas. Only ten minutes drive from Epta Piege(Seven Springs and is only 40 minutes drive from Rhodes town. Restaurants and night-life is abundant in nearby Lindos, Lardos and Pefkos. The villa is easily accessible to waterspouts at Vilecha Beach and also 40 minutes from Prasonissi where Kite surfing and windsurfing is available. The 18 hole golf course at Afandou is only a short drive also.

    On booking, we require a 20% non-returnable deposit, followed by the balance no later than 10 weeks before arrival.
    Payment can be made via bank Transfer,Cheque,Credit Card & PayPal (a surcharge applies toCC orPP). If you'd rather pay through the website, please contact the owner to know the website.
    We also require a fully returnable security bond of £200, payable with the final balance, this will be repaid immediately after your stay (providing no damage has occurred).
    Payments can be taken in Euros although the appropriate rate of exchange will be applied at the time of booking.
    Installment payments are welcomed provided the final balance is paid no more than 10 weeks before arrival.
    Group bookings for under 25's and hen/stag parties are not accepted.
    Sorry no pets or smoking inside the villa for the comfort of other guests.

We stayed at Olive Grove Villa for a week from 29th July 09, we found the accomodation as stated, first class. The ammenities were excellent with a few extras that were not expected like the welcome pack. It was only five minutes from the beach and only seconds from tranquil country walks, and local restaurants and bars were excellent very reasonably priced, and a warm welcome. The local towns offered more nightlife as required. We Strongley reccomend staying at this villa.
