Villa Abricot is ideally situated in Boulouris a quiet residential area next to St Raphael The house is set in its own grounds with a 10m x 5m private pool. The beautiful beaches are less than 1k away and local shops and a large supermarket a short walk. The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms, the layout is ideal for 2 families and children. The villa has recently been refurbished (January 2009) including new bathrooms, kitchen, doors and windows. The property benefits from being neatly situated between the famous harbour and markets of St Tropez to the west and the glamour and wealth of Monaco to the east. If this isn't enough then you also have Cannes, world renowned for its film festival, approximately 30 minutes drive away. Go inland and you will find many small villages so typical of Provence. Stop for a coffee in one of the many pavement cafes and enjoy the relaxed pace that this part of Provence has to offer.

We have stayed at Villa Abricot 3 times and it really is the perfect location to enjoy the Cote d'Azur. The villa is beautifully presented, furnishings are modern, very high quality and the villa has been maintained to the highest standard. It is light and airy and the pool and patio area make the complete package.
With car hire from Nice airport the villa is approx 45 minutes drive and located in a quiet residential area for a very relaxing base. Boulouris and its beaches are a 5 minute drive away with a small supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables, butcher, fishmonger, bakery and flower shop, there is a large supermarket a short drive away. There is also a train station at Boulouris making trips to Cannes and Monaco very accessible and enjoyable. To the west we enjoy a 15 minute drive along the coast road to Saint Raphael which is a very nice larger town with shops, restaurants and beaches, from here you can take a boat trip to St Tropez which is very popular and a favourite day out!
There are lots of restaurants to choose from and eating out or a barbeque on the patio is the perfect end to each day. There is an excellent speciality fish restaurant in Boulouris, and just a few minutes drive away at Port Santa Lucia there is something to suit everyone right beside the boats moored there. Saint Raphael also offers a good choice of restaurants with a livelier atmosphere with many shops opening late.

This is an unforgettable holiday, the Cote d'Azur is a very pleasant part of the world immaculately kept. The villa suits families and couples alike. There are so many lovely places to visit and activities to choose from that you will not want to go home.
