This lovely property is surrounded by large gardens of roughly 5000 m2 with secular trees and plants providing many shady areas, lawns, gazebo, a 6x14 meter swimming pool and covered parking area. To the front of the house is a large patio for outdoor dining with the possibility of arranging for typical Tuscan dinners on location. The villa has been furnished with excellent taste and an eye for even the smallest detail and is of superior comfort, designed to give a real comfortable, country atmosphere with a touch of elegance where even the most demanding guest will feel at home. A perfect haven for a quiet, relaxing holiday with the advantage of being close to all amenities (less than 2 km away) and within easy reach of Lucca, Pisa, the Versilian and Ligurian coast and many more renowned places of interest. The villa is completely independent from the nearby owners villa, who occasionally stays there.
