Magnificent, recently renovated, stone built villa which dates back to 1300. Set in a panoramic position with view of the ancient town of Todi and the surrounding rolling hills. As evening draws nigh you will find yourself immersed in an almost magic atmosphere in the mist of a glorious sunset. The fascinating architecture of this villa is still in tact and the charming, mediaeval watch tower is of particular historical interest The Villa is situated in one of the most beautiful, unspoilt parts of Umbria, in an extremely peaceful area just 2 kilometres from the village of Montecastello di Vibio which is famous for the smallest theatre in Europe. The house is surrounded by large gardens and silver olive groves where you will find the 14 x 7 m. private swimming pool. In the radius of 5-6 km there are many typical little restaurants where you can enjoy genuine food and wine. The historical town centre of Todi is just 10 minutes drive away
