Superbly located 2 bed apartment just minutes walk from the lovely promenade and beach of Cagne sur Mer -beside Nice. The apartment is on the 4th floor with direct views on to the gardens and pool area. The apartment is decorated in a modern style with neutral tones. The comfortable living/dining room leads directly out onto one of the balconies with additional outdoor dining table and chairs. Stairs lead to the upper spacious sun terrace with views out towards the azur blue sea. The two bedrooms have patio doors onto another balcony with coffee table and chairs. The separate compact galley kitchen is well equipped with door onto terrace. There is one bathroom, a shower room and a separate WC. There is secure parking within the gated entrance for those wishing to have a car. There is a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes conveniently located to the apartment. For those seeking a holiday in a typical french resort with everything on your doorstep, this is the apartment for you.

The town of Cagne sur Mer (home of Renoir for many years) is located between Nice and Antibes on the Cote d'Azur. This apartment is located just 2 minutes walk from the fantastic promanade that runs towards Nice, and is great for a long walk. Cafe society just buzzes along this seafront. The nearby mountain village of Les Hautes de Cagne is just minutes away and not to be missed. There are good bus and train services all along the coast. How about a trip into the Old Town of Nice where you cannot miss out on the colourful flower market. Travel further up the coast and visit majestic Monaco and Monte Carlo. A train trip to the infamous massive market of Ventimillia just over the border of Italy is great fun. Dress yourself up for a visit to glamorous Cannes and maybe spot a 'film star' or two. A 20 minute drive will take you up to the unforgettable medieval village of St Paul de Vence. Or how about spending another day in the beautiful town of St Tropez an hour's drive away?

Beaches: The beach is just across the road from the apartment and has a long promenade which is terrific for a good walk. There is also plenty of seating all along this promenade. The beach is stony but there are plenty of facilities on offer with sun loungers. Nearby Antibes has sandy beaches. Nice has a stony beach and again there are facilities with sun loungers. Cannes has a good sandy beach.

Bus and Train Services: There is a train station within a short distance from the apartment. There are excellent services all along the coast in both directions. The bus service is just outside the apartment complex. The service is excellent, cheap and goes to all tourist locations.

We were all very pleased with with the apartment (very spacious), pool and it's location, we would certainly book again. The weather was fabulous throughout our stay and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace in the evening. The majority of the restaurants in the area were of a good standard but I think our favourite was 'Jimmy's' at the Haute de Cagnes. Cyril was very helpful and prompt to and from the airport.
